OUR ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES

Our shop is equipped with Machining, Assembling and Testing of various hydraulic Cylinders, we can make double acting cylinders with upto 300mm stroke length. Also each one of our cylinders are pressure tested to 350bar.

We have state of the art and one of the best fabrication shops in town. We undertake sheet metal work, plates, complex fabrications for various engineering componenets.

Medical, Earth moving, Defense and Forestry to name a few industry sectors that we supply investment castings. Customers can expect full traceability and mechanical testing reports  with each shipment.

We can make Hard Sand Castings upto 2.5 tonnes. We supply a lot of castings to Agri, Mining Industry and Forestry Industry. Full traceability and mechanical test reports are send with each shipments.

Fully machined forged parts to marine, construction hardware tools, material handling and machinery Industries. Both open and closed die forgings can be done as per requirement.

Fully machined parts and components can be supplied. Grinding, buffing or polishing can be done as well to achieve maximum tolerance. We offer free CMM reports for the pilot run. 

Both standard and non standard hard chrome bars with customised machining for all sorts of engineering applications are supplied. Hardness certifiicate with Chemistry is also included with packaging.
